All Personal Injury cases are handled on contingency basis. This means that a fee is charged ONLY if the case is won.

Fees

A fee of 33% of the gross recovery if obtained before the filing of a lawsuit. A fee of 40% of the gross recovery  if obtained after filing a lawsuit. No recovery No fee.

Costs

All Personal Injury cases are proved based on Evidence. All costs incurred on clien'ts behalf will be advanced by the Law Offices of Garret A. Lungin, subject to reimbursement from the proceeds of the recovery.
